Henry, Chairman & Chief
Executive Officer
As
the founder and
CEO of three corporations, Mr. Henry has raised $100 million in venture
capital and public equity, with a focus on taking market-making into
new areas. Mr. Henry raised $70 million in venture capital and public
equity for Crop Genetics International. He established Clean Air Capital Markets,
an environmental investment bank, and pioneered the private placement
market for sulfur dioxide pollution allowances. In 2000, he founded eLawForum,
DryStone's predecessor, to make a market in legal services. Mr. Henry
is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School and has served
on numerous boards of non-profit (Harvard, the Smithsonian) and
for-profit organizations.

Cloyd
Laporte III, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Laporte is an
experienced litigator and entrepreneur. Mr. Laporte practiced antitrust
law at Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine in New York and commercial litigation at Locke
Lord Bissell & Liddell in Dallas. He was Executive Editor of The American Lawyer's Counsel
Connect online service, and CEO of several successful high-tech
start-ups, including the popular Townhall.com. He is a graduate of
Harvard College and the University of Chicago Law School. |

J. Roderick Heller III, Director
Mr. Heller is Chairman and CEO of Carnton Capital Associates, a private investment corporation in Washington, D.C. He served eleven years as Chairman and CEO of NHP, a public company which, collectively with NHP Partners, was the largest owner and operator of apartments in the U.S. Mr. Heller was formerly a partner in the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Heller served as Chairman of National Capital Revitalization Corporation, the economic development corporation of Washington, D.C., as Chairman of WETA, Washington's public television station, as founding Chairman of the Civil War Trust, and as Vice-Chairman of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Mr. Heller also serves on the board of First Potomac Realty Trust, Montpelier Re Holdings, Ltd.,
and various private for-profit corporations. Mr. Heller has experience
in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance, capital markets and
investment management. Mr. Heller is a graduate of Princeton University

Hugh
J. Yarrington, Director
Mr. Yarrington has served on the Executive Board
of Wolters Kluwer, DryStone's largest institional shareholder. Mr. Yarrington was previously General Counsel and later CEO of CCH, a publisher
of tax, business, health and human resources information, and served on
the Board of Wolters Kluwer-U.S. after it acquired CCH. He was a senior
executive at The Bureau of National Affairs and served on its Board.
Long active in the information industry, Mr. Yarrington served as
Chairman of the Information Industry Association. He is an advisor to the private equity fund, APAX. He is a graduate of
Randolph-Macon and George Washington University Law Center. |
